About
Why we work across IT, media, and management
One team covering the three areas that most growing companies end up buying separately — and that keep breaking at the seams between vendors.
The short version
Different vendors kept solving connected problems in isolation. We built the practice that does not.
Most growing companies don't have a "technology problem" or a "marketing problem" in isolation — they have a handful of connected gaps that different vendors keep solving in isolation. An IT contractor fixes the infrastructure without understanding the brand. A marketing agency runs a campaign without knowing what the product roadmap or the team's bandwidth actually looks like. A management consultant designs a process no one has the tooling to support.
Gentech Media Solutions exists to close that gap. We lead with IT — because reliable systems are the foundation everything else depends on — and build out from there into media and operational support, for startups and growing companies that need more than a single vendor can offer, but aren't ready for (or don't want) three separate ones.
That means the same team that helps you get your infrastructure and tooling right is also thinking about how that shows up in your marketing, and how it fits the way your operations actually run day to day. Less hand-off, less re-explaining your business from scratch to every new vendor.
How we operate
Four things we hold to
Scope before enthusiasm
Nothing starts until the work is written down and agreed. If we cannot describe what you get, it is not ready to be scoped.
Fix the foundation first
Campaigns and process improvements built on unreliable systems do not hold. We sequence the work so the base is solid before the visible parts go on top.
One team, one context
The people who set up your infrastructure are in the same conversation as the people writing your messaging. You explain your business once.
Hand over cleanly
Where your team should own something, we document it and hand it over. Dependence on us is not the goal.
Who we work with
Startups and growing companies that need real technical, creative, and operational support without building out a full internal team for each function yet.
How we start
A conversation about where you actually are — what is working, what is fragile, and what you need first — before we talk about scope.
What stays consistent
One team, one context, across IT, media, and management — so decisions in one area account for the others.
